If you paid using the payment method attached to your Apple ID (most people), please:
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
Tap 'I'd like to', then choose Request a refund.
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose Captions, then choose Submit.
Once you've requested a refund, Apple typically provides a refund within 48 hours.
