  • Browse the help center to learn how and get the most out of Captions. Our help center is available in 8 languages (with more coming soon)which is now available in 8 languages.
  • Use the search bar to ask questions about Captions. You can search in any language and results will also be in the language you asked in.

  • Our customer support team is available 24/7 to help answer your questions.
  • We offer support in any language and typically reply within 5 minutes.
  • Simply open the app and tap or click on the ? icon to start a conversation.

Email Support

  • If you are having issues logging in or have a question about the app before you’ve created an account, you can email hello@captions.ai.
  • However, if you already have an account, please send us an in-app message so that we can locate your account more easily and provide you with better support.
