Sign Up & Sign In

• Regardless of the login method you used to sign up (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Phone), if you subscribed on your iOS device, your subscription is paid directly to Apple.
• This means that your subscription can only be restored on Apple devices in which you are logged in with the same Apple ID. In other words, you cannot restore your subscription on a friend or coworkers device. You can only restore on a device that belongs to you (like an iPad)
• You can always restore your subscription on our desktop app by signing in with the same login method you used to sign up.

• This means that your subscription can only be restored on Android devices in which you are logged in with the same Google account. In other words, you cannot restore your subscription on a friend or coworkers device. You can only restore on a device that belongs to you (like an Android tablet)
• You can always restore your subscription on our desktop app by signing in with the same login method you used to sign up.

If you subscribed on our desktop or web app, you can restore your subscription on any mobile device or computer by signing in with the login method you used to sign up.

At this time, it is not possible to sign up with your email and password. You must choose one of the following methods: Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Phone.

At this time, it is not possible to change your login method. You can cancel your exisitng subscription and sign up with a new login method.

Please navigate to the Profile section of the app and you’ll see the login method you used to sign up.

Unfortunately, accounts cannot be restored. However, if you subscribed via App Store or Play Store, you can simply register with a new login method and when you see the option, choose “restore subscription.”
